A long-running gaming community established in 2012, focused on CSGO, Zombie Escape, and Source-based servers. Forum was built on Discuz/PHP, while game-server features were developed with SourceMod + MetaMod on Source engine.

A photography-preference matching product built for Toronto ACG/cosplay communities. It uses an SBTI/MBTI-style 32-question flow to combine shooting preferences, budget range, style tags, and reference-image signals, then returns Top 5 photographer matches, rationale, and shareable result cards. The project has already expanded to mobile and WeChat Mini Program delivery, passed filing requirements, and continues to evolve on an Express.js backend.

Started as a personal-interest project and continuously evolved over many years into a user-oriented anime platform. It runs on a NAS-hosted web environment with a WordPress/PHP stack. The current focus is the 2026 BANGUMI module, which aggregates watchlists, broadcast schedules, and seasonal/history lookups for faster tracking.

Delivered end-to-end North America digital transformation for a Chinese consumer brand under a TP managed-operations model, covering Shopify/Amazon operations, ads and analytics, fulfillment and customer-service workflows, and offline channel coordination. Brand identity and key performance data are anonymized under NDA.

Associated with York University. Mined 4,896 bibliographies (2012-2022) related to Metaverse and Blockchain. Built and visualized Documentary Knowledge Units with VOSviewer and CiteSpace. Conducted keyword co-occurrence analysis on 108 documents, merged repeated terms, and visualized 28 high-frequency keywords (frequency >= 3). Published with excellent evaluation.
